Thermal Management System For 540kW Electric Vehicle Charging

    • Developing ultra-fast EV charger that charges up to 80% of Tesla model X (battery capacity: 100kWh) less than 5 minutes.
      • Make a best proposal for heat exchanger geometry and thermal management design for cable
      • Enhance the refrigeration efficiency by decreasing cable temperatures from now about 100 to 80 (℃) level, enable charger not to be dependent on ‘rest period’
      • Development a specific experiment apparatus specialized in modeling, simulation and test for heat exchanger
